Amazon Camperforce Peak 2016 Day 11:

The news has finally arrived, as to when Camperforce Associates will be leaving for the season!

Please Note: I am not representing Camperforce. I am also not a spokesperson, or officially affiliated with the Amazon Corporation or Camperforce Program. The information, ideas, reviews, and comments I provide are none other than my own. I find they are true from the first hand, personal experience of working inside the Amazon Fulfillment Center as a Camperforce Associate. I will provide a truthful explanation and as many details as possible both here as well as in my ebook, but this information can change without notice at any time. Please keep in mind, your own personal experience is your best resource for information.

Here’s how Day 11 of CamperForce Peak 2016 went:

It was snowing this morning when I drove to work. Snowing! Okay that might be pushing it… There were tiny flurries in the air and it was literally freezing cold outside. No ice on the road- so I was fine.

I stopped at the gas station for a cup of coffee, then pulled up to Amazon and parked in the front. I checked my phone for the time- and was shocked that I was here like 20 minutes early! What? OMG! What was I thinking?

Antwon got home at like 4:15 and woke me up. I couldn’t go back to sleep, and I guess I forgot or just totally didn’t realize how early I was up. Not Cool!

Anyway, aside from being crazy early it turned out to be a great day. I was pulled off picking bright and early to help redistribute the carts and various other tasks.

The managers at SDF1 were serving hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch, which was nice for all the employees and equally appreciated.

After work we received a phone call from the HR manager who taunted us with ‘good news’. She then explained that the final date for our end of season would be the 21st! Excited but ready, I heard something about changing schedules before hanging up to mark my calendar.

An email follow up was sent and received- which explained that our schedules were in fact being switched around. That meant that between now and the 21st, I personally would only have 2 days off- not so exciting, but still okay!

11.05miles walked today.

30 hours worked.

1 more day to go… this week.
